Loan Officer

Excellent career opportunities as a commercial, business and residential loan officer in one of the most creative and client-focused firms in all of Southern California. We are looking for Loan Officers who have proven successful experience. This energetic team member will be involved in all aspects of business development and credit analysis/underwriting.

This loan officer will have the ability to provide their clients a broad array of direct and brokered debt and equity financial products and services to clients nationwide and in select foreign countries. Their income will have no ceiling, will be part of growing team of experienced professionals and influence the firm direction.

• Minimum 3 to 5+ years of commercial, business and residential lending experience
• Experienced credit analysis with owner occupied and investor permanent, bridge and construction lending of multi-family, commercial, office, warehouse/industrial, hotel, special purpose, single family (1 4 unit)
• A proven track record of loan production with an established book of business
• Excellent client, customer service, and product knowledge.
• Strong interpersonal and written skills
